This 3 bedroom/2 bath house provides you with the comforts of home. In addition there is room provided to park your boat, large or small. You can't come to Mount Dora without going into town to shop, dine or enjoy the night life. Enjoy an easy 10 minute walk into town where no car is necessary or a 3 minute walk to the lake with a public boat dock & lighthouse. This beautiful house offers a spacious living room, a dining room that can seat 6, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a trundle bed that sleeps two. The house boast a front porch facing Gilbert Park and a screened in back porch with a grill. Dogs under 15 pounds are welcome. Pet fee is $50 per dog. Sorry no cats. Prices are subject to change due to season, events or special holidays.
